Condominium Construction

NUR were the tier 1 construction company for the Hill Myna Condotel build near Bang Tao Beach Choeng Thale, Phuket. It’s a low rise 7 floor condominium with 63 luxury living units, reception, restaurant & bar, outdoor swimming pool, indoor kids zone & ground floor car parking. The units are studio 30 sqm, 1 bedroom 33 sqm  or 2 bedroom 70sqm.  The project was completed by NUR in 2015.

Construction & Buildings Permit

In addition to construction, we registered the Thai buildings permit and signing off the structural engineering drawings.

Post tension beam system.


Concrete and and angled metal roof for optimal water drainage and ventilation.



Flat plastered finish, sanded and painted.

Wall fences

Architect designed concrete wall with steel uprights to work with aesthetics.

Windows & doors

High grade aluminium windows with shaded glass. Powder coated aluminium sliding. Interior doors made of wood.


Shower walls fitted with ceramic tiles over concrete walls with glass doors. Rain shower head with Hot and Cold water taps. Owner supplied toilets and sinks & mirrors in bathrooms.

Material: Ceramic tiles.

Waste treatment

Grey and black water to be piped by gravity feed to an individual septic tank on the 1st floor.

Water supply

Water from municipality mains waterline with 30 cubic meter tank under the car parking floor.

Subcontracted Work

All the work was sub contracted to other companies managed by NUR. They are trusted by us, we have worked with them before.

Electrical supply

Underground wires from main supply at road. Individual meters for each villa connected to main meter at Club House.

Air conditioning

Wall type split units with remote control.



Hot water to be circulated in PPR pipes from electric instant hot water machines. Cold water supply to be in approved PVC conduit.


Provide telephone line connection and cable/satellite TV sockets including WiFi

Built-in Furniture

Includes standard kitchen with appliances (hob, oven, hood fan, sink and taps).


Garden area to be landscaped with easily maintainable plants and hedges.
